Alina Kuklińska Architect with extensive professional experience.

An architect with many years of experience in managing large-scale residential development projects in the Tri-City area.

A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at Gdańsk University of Technology and Scandinavian Studies at the University of Gdańsk. She also completed postgraduate studies in Construction and Investment Law and Administrative Proceedings.

Expertise and professional development

Architectural experience combined with in-depth knowledge of the investment process.

I complement my architectural experience with expertise in construction and investment law as well as administrative proceedings, allowing me to approach each investment from both a design and legal perspective.

I also completed the Architect Training course organised by The Cohousing Institute in the USA, expanding my expertise in designing contemporary community-oriented housing models.

Cohousing as a new model of living.

I am the founder of the Cohouspl Foundation, whose mission is to promote the cohousing model of multi-family housing in Poland.

I believe architecture has a real impact on quality of life, human relationships and the creation of resilient communities. This is why projects in which space supports both resident well-being and community development are particularly important to me.
